Rudolfo "Rudy" Zarate, et al. ("Zarate") appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Sun Operating Limited, Inc., et al. and Sun Exploration and Production Company ("Sun Operating"). Because we find that the judgment was not void, we dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
